Spinach Salad with Candied Pecans
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients

fresh torn spinach leaves

cans |
(6 oz.) chunk light tuna, drained and flaked
|
|
1 |
|
medium red onion, sliced into rings
|
|
4 |
ounces |
blue cheese, crumbled
|
|
1/2 |
cup |
pecans, candied
|
|
|
|
creamy salad dressing of choice
|
|
Directions:
For each serving, place 3 cups spinach on plate. Top with tuna and 1/4 cup each onions and blue cheese. Sprinkle each salad with 2 tablespoons candied pecans. Serve with dressing.
