Salmon Dijon Pasta Salad
Yield: 10 servings
Ingredients

plain yogurt

1/4 |
cup |
Dijon mustard
|
|
1 |
cup |
celery, chopped
|
|
1/2 |
cup |
green pepper, diced
|
|
1/2 |
cup |
red onion, diced
|
|
1 |
package |
(16 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
|
|
2 |
cans |
(6 oz. each) salmon, drained
|
|
|
|
garlic salt to taste
|
|
|
|
pepper to taste
|
|
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix yogurt and mustard until well blended. Add celery, peppers, onion and pasta; blend well. Gently fold in salmon. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Serve at once.
