Lemon Shrimp Ravioli Toss

Ingredients

refrigerated cheese ravioli

butter, melted
|
|

tablespoon |
lemon juice
|
|
3/4 |
teaspoon |
snipped fresh basil
|
|
1/2 |
teaspoon |
grated lemon peel
|
|
1-1/3 |
cup |
cooked medium shrimp
|
|
3-4 |
|
fresh asparagus spears
|
|
|
|
fresh lemon slices
|
|
Directions:
Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add lemon juice, basil and lemon peel. Add shrimp, asparagus and ravioli; toss to coat. Heat through for 2-4 minutes and serve with fresh lemon slices.
