Cheesy Spinach Dip
A low fat recipe
Yield: about 24 servings
Ingredients

Velveeta Light Processed cheese loaf, cut up
|

can |
(14 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
|
|
1 |
pkg. |
(10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
|
|
1/4 |
teaspoon |
red pepper flakes
|
|
Directions:
Microwave Velveeta for about 5 minutes, or until melted, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave on HIGH or until heated through. Serve with hot breadsticks or tortilla chips.
