Marinated Chicken Salad

Ingredients

cider vinegar

onion powder

basil leaves, crushed

|
1 1/2 |

oregano leaves, crushed

garlic powder

Dash ground black pepper
|

diced cooked chicken (3/4 lb.)

|
1/2 |
lb. |
mushrooms, sliced
|
|

|
medium-sized tomatoes, cut in 1/2-inch cubes ( 2 cups )

Directions:
In a small bowl combine oil, vinegar, onion powder, basil, oregano, garlic powder and black pepper. In a large bowl toss chicken, mushrooms and tomatoes with seasoned oil mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
