Ranch Grilled Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

(1 ounce) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing mix
|
|
|
| 2 |
Tablespoons |
vegetable oil
|
|
|
| 1 |
pound |
boneless, skinless chicken breasts and thighs, cut in half lengthwise
|
|
|
| 8 |
|
metal or wood skewers (soak wooden skewers in water before using)
|
|
|
Directions:
Combine dressing mix and vegetable oil.
Marinate chicken in mixture for 15 minutes.
Thread chicken onto 8 skewers.
Brush with remaining marinade.
Grill approximately 10 minutes, turning once.
