Apple Fennel Slaw

Ingredients

green apples

bulbs fresh fennel, sliced thin
|
|
|
| 1 1/2 |
cups |
mayonnaise
|
|
|
|
|
Salt, to taste
|
|
|

Pepper, to taste
|
|
|
Directions:
Julienne slice the apple and fennel. Combine with mayonnaise to create coleslaw. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
