No Cook Summer Kabobs

Ingredients

fresh cauliflower florets

medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

medium cucumber, halved lengthwise and cut into 1 inch pieces
|

fully cooked smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces

|

bottle |
(8 oz.) zesty Italian salad dressing
|
|
Directions:
In large bowl, combine cauliflower, bell pepper, cucumber, sausage and Italian dressing; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Alternately thread sausage and vegetables onto skewers; Discard remaining marinade and serve at once.
