Sweet and Sour Radishes

Ingredients

vinegar

granulated sugar

snipped fresh dill

cloves |
garlic, minced

|

teaspoon |
salt

small fresh red chili pepper, seeded and sliced, optional

small whole radishes or large radishes cut in half
|
|
Directions:
Combine vinegar, water, sugar, dill, garlic, salt, and chili pepper (optional) in a sealable gallon size plastic bag.
Add radishes, seal bag and ensure that all radishes have been covered with vinegar marinade.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours before serving, turning bag occasionally.
