Jell-O Fruit Holiday Mold

Ingredients

boiling water

(8 serving size) Jell-O Strawberry flavored gelatin mix
|
|
1 |
cup |
cold orange juice
|
|
1 |
can |
(8 oz.) chunk pineapple, drained
|
|
1 |
can |
(11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
|
|
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in water completely; about 3 minutes. Stir in cold juice. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened slightly.
Stir in fruit. Spoon into mold or bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
