Beef Barbecue Sandwiches
Get tender, juicy beef by preparing the roast in a pressure cooker
Ingredients

beef roast

tablespoons |
oil
|
|

|
onion, chopped
|
|
1 |
stalk |
celery, chopped
|
|
|
|
salt and pepper to taste
|
|
1 |
cup |
ketchup
|
|
2 |
tablespoons |
lemon juice
|
|
2 |
tablespoons |
brown sugar
|
|
1 |
tablespoon |
Worcestershire sauce
|
|
2 |
tablespoons |
dry mustard
|
|
|
|
hamburger buns or kaiser rolls
|
|
Directions:
Cook roast, oil, onion, celery, salt and pepper in pressure cooker according to pressure cooker specifications. Cook roast until very well done. Break apart with fork. Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir until well mixed and heated through. Serve on buns.
